Terms of service
Overview
This website is operated by Certainly Certified. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.
Products
Each piece is offered in three stones: moissanite, lab-grown diamond, or natural diamond (price upon request). Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone and is not diamond. Pieces are described as diamond only when you choose Lab-Grown Diamond or Natural Diamond, which will be stated on your order.
Made-to-order production
Custom pieces are made to order and ship once they are made. This typically takes 2–3 weeks from order confirmation, though it may vary with the design, size and stone options. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Estimated times are not guaranteed delivery dates.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we cancel, you receive a full refund.
Returns
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Certainly Certified is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States.
