Returns and refunds

Because most pieces are made to order for you, please review sizes and options carefully before ordering. You may cancel for a full refund any time before your piece goes into production; message us as soon as possible.

Non-custom, standard pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unworn, in original condition and packaging. Contact us first at icsuccess98@gmail.com to get return instructions. Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is paid by the buyer unless the item arrived damaged or not as described.

Custom and personalized pieces

Pieces made with custom names, letters, pictures, custom sizes, or diamond upgrades are final sale, except when the item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will repair, replace, or refund it, including shipping costs.

Exchanges and resizing

Size exchanges may be available for standard pieces. Contact us to arrange.
