Products

Certainly Certified is a jeweler, not a moissanite-only brand. Each piece is offered with your choice of stone, depending on the piece: natural diamond, lab-grown diamond, moissanite, or gemstones (natural diamond price upon request). Moissanite is a lab-created gemstone and is not diamond. Pieces are described as diamond only when you choose Lab-Grown Diamond or Natural Diamond, which will be stated on your order. Metals vary by piece and are as listed on each product: 925 sterling silver, 10K, 14K, and 18K gold, and platinum where listed, or gold-plated finishes where stated. Product photos are representative; slight variations in color, size and finish can occur.

Made-to-order production

Custom pieces are made to order and ship once they are made. This typically takes 2–3 weeks from order confirmation, though it may vary with the design, size and stone options. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships. Estimated times are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Pricing and payment

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we cancel, you receive a full refund.

Returns

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Certainly Certified is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
