Processing time

Custom pieces are made to order and ship once they are made. This typically takes 2–3 weeks from order confirmation, though it may vary with the design, size and stone options. We email your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Shipping

All orders ship tracked and insured. You will receive an email with your tracking number when your order ships. Delivery time after shipping depends on the carrier and destination, typically 2–7 business days within the US. A signature may be required for higher-value orders.

International orders

We ship internationally. Customs duties, taxes and fees are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in the product price.

Lost or damaged packages

Because every shipment is insured, if a package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will file a claim and replace or refund your order.

Address accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address. We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
